The rules and conditions of hiring Sunrise Lawn Care
WELCOME
Thank you for choosing Sunrise Lawn Care©. By scheduling lawn or landscape maintenance with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Service (“Terms”) below. If you do not accept these Terms, please cancel your upcoming service at least 24 hours in advance. We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice; your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
WHO WE ARE
Sunrise Lawn Care© is a locally owned, BBB‑accredited lawn‑care company serving Katy, Cinco Ranch and surrounding communities. All technicians are insured, background‑checked, and trained to industry best practices.

GENERAL POLICIES
100% Lawn‑Care Satisfaction Guarantee
- If any task on our service checklist is not completed to your satisfaction, notify us within 24 hours and we will correct it at no extra cost.
Refunds & Discounts
- We do not offer monetary refunds or discounts.
- Issues reported within 24 hours are remedied by a complimentary return visit.
Scope & Limitations
- The guarantee covers workmanship items on our checklist only.
- It excludes post‑service events beyond our control (e.g., storms, pets, irrigation failures) and aesthetic preferences outside industry standards.
CANCELLATION & SKIP POLICY
- 24‑hour notice is required to cancel, skip, or reschedule a visit.
- Notices must be written (email/text) or by phone call.
- Late cancellations or denied access are billed the full quoted price.
Tip: If weather or travel plans change, let us know ASAP—we’ll work to reschedule within the same week when feasible.
WEATHER DELAYS & RAIN DAYS
- Schedules adjust when rain or saturated turf prevents safe mowing.
- You’ll receive a text/email with the new date (usually the next dry window).
- Heavy trimming/edging may be skipped until conditions improve.
If you prefer service rain or shine, please tell us in writing. Excessive mud ruts caused by client‑requested wet‑ground service are not covered by our damage policy.
PROPERTY ACCESS & LOCKOUTS
- Unlock gates, disable alarms, and contain pets.
- Keep driveways/yards free of vehicles, toys, hoses, and debris.
- If our crew cannot access the property within 15 minutes of arrival, the visit is marked Lockout and billed at the full service price.
SAFETY & EQUIPMENT LIMITATIONS
- Technicians do not remove pet waste (unless on our pet waste service plan), large trash, or hazardous materials.
- Mowers are not operated on slopes exceeding safety ratings.
- We do not lift objects over 50 lbs or climb ladders.
- Please pick up rocks, sticks, toys, and cables before service; flying debris can cause injury or property damage for which we cannot be responsible.
LAWN CONDITION SURCHARGES
- Grass over 6 inches tall
- First‑time or overgrown clean‑ups
- Excessive leaf removal or weed pulling not included in standard service
Charges are always quoted for approval before work proceeds.
DAMAGES & LIABILITY
We stand by the quality of our services. If we cause direct damage (e.g., broken window from mower projectile), please report it the same day with supporting photos. Our team will promptly assess and arrange repair or replacement as appropriate. Indirect or consequential damages (lost revenue, sentimental items, underground pipes, hidden sprinkler heads) are not covered.
PAYMENT & BILLING
- Payment Method: ACH or credit/debit card kept on file via secure portal.
- Billing Timing: Card/ACH is charged after each visit.
- Late Fees: Balances over 30 days incur a $25 monthly late fee and may be sent to collections at 90 days.
PET POLICY
Please secure pets indoors or in a fenced area away from work zones. Aggressive animals may result in a Lockout charge.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Clients agree to abide by all local regulations (watering restrictions, HOA rules, etc.). Sunrise Lawn Care reserves the right to refuse service that violates such rules.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our name, logo, and marketing materials are protected trademarks. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Venue for disputes lies exclusively in Harris County, Texas. Any claim must be filed within one year of the cause of action.
CHANGES TO SERVICES OR TERMS
We may modify offerings, prices, or these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting to this page.
